Environment

I pay close attention to where and how and with what materials an article of clothing is made. I look for companies that are run with ethical production practices and material use. Some things I look for are fair trade, organic, recycled, and sweat shop free.

People

Some things I look for in a company are fair trade, organic, recycled, and sweat shop free. One of my favorite new finds is a company called Canvasco out of Germany, They use recycled sailcloth for there bags. The bags are produced by women prisoners. They set up a program of bank accounts for them so that when they are released they can start life anew, and perhaps send money to family. Another favorite company is Preloved which reconstructs vintage clothing and transforms it into new clothes clothes. 

Animals & Wildlife

I carry many non leather bags, and some recycled leather bags. I carry wallets made of stainless steel, vinyl, ductape, and industrial strapping. Also several vegan friendly cosmetic and bodycare lines.
