REPORTS TO: Aquatics Director JOB DATES/TIMES: Saturday mornings and/or Sundays mornings and/or Tuesday afternoons (3:30pm start) and/or Thursday afternoons (3:30pm start). Six to Twelve hours per week. Next term begins in September. JOB DESCRIPTION: Teach swim lessons using excellent customer service skills and following American Red Cross guidelines and company policy and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS • Either experience teaching swim lessons, WSI preferred but not required or superior swimming technique and interested in learning how to teach swim lessons (we'll train you). • Must strictly adhere to all American Red Cross and Dept. of Health guidelines. • Warm, friendly, caring and upbeat personality. • Excellent people skills in dealing with children, parents and staff. • Professional, reliable and prompt. • Must be able to teach all classes in a session.
