We are a family owner business located, in the spring - fall seasons, at the corner of Titusville Road and Bushwick Road in Poughkeepsie NY (right off Route 55, ) we also deliver all year round. We are open m-f 11am - 7pm. We serve traditional roadside food as well as gourmet specialties in traditional style as well as vegetarian and gluten free versions. We use local and organic ingredients and products whenever possible, including produce from the Poughkeepsie Farm Project. We make all of our specialties from scratch so there is never any msg, preservatives, artificial colors or flavorings. In addition to making our food delicious and healthy we also strive to run our business as "green" as possible. We utilize all of the ingredients we buy, in many ways, so not to waste anything. We compost and recycle and we provide receptacles for our customers to recycle as well. All of our containers are able to be recycled and/or biodegradable. We deliver all of our specialties in reusable boxes. Overall, we run our business like our home, we respect the earth, we respect our bodies and we respect the product we use to support them!
