About Us

Perry Hill farm is a licensed and certified New York State nursery grower. Our main goal for the farm is environmental stewardship, while producing organically grown herbs, artisanal hand-crafted herbal soaps, food and plants. We have signed the NOFANY pledge, use sustainable practices and we are in the process of becoming organically certified. Our farm is a safe haven for wildlife. We have also rescued many domestic animals to live out their lives peacefully and safely on our farm. Perry Hill Farm is rich with various species and their habitats. We feel we need to do our part to protect these habitats on the farm as well as else where. We not only work at preserving the environment personally, we also do professionally. Our business, EBM is about energy conservation with an emphasis on renewable energy. Our farm is powered by a solar electric system which is grid-connected. We use our own sustainably harvested wood to heat our home. We use our own organically grown or wild-crafted herbs. Since 1991, no chemical fertilizers or pesticides have been used on our farm. Many of the herbs that are wild-crafted at our farm are harvested responsibly ensuring future plant populations.
